  1. Scheduling: Appointments are required. You can schedule online, filling out our website form or by calling/texting 717-945-3316. We recommend scheduling appointments in advance. Scheduling out your monthly, bimonthly or quarterly appointments is recommended before leaving each visit stay on schedule and insure availability. Same and next day appointments are not available.

  2. Cancellation list: If you are interested in scheduling on a day that is already booked, please let us know and we can put you on our cancellation list. We will contact you if something would become available that day. If you have days and times that always work for you, we can also contact you for those timeframes. Scheduling appointments this way is not guaranteed. Cancellations do happen every once in a while and we work diligently to get you in when cancellations happen. The best way to guarantee an appointment is by scheduling in advance.

  3. Payment is due at the end of your service. We accept forms of payment by cash, check, ApplePay and credit/debit cards.

  4. Gift Certificates are available, valid for 1 year and are nonrefundable. You must bring your gift certificate to your appointment to redeem it.

  5. Cancellations & No-shows: Your appointment time is reserved for you and only you. We respect your time and ask for the same in return. We understand that things may happen in life that you will need to cancel. We ask that if you must cancel, change or reschedule an appointment that you do so with at-least 48 hours notice. Less than 24 hour notice will result in being responsible to pay half the service scheduled. 2 hours or less notice and no-shows will be responsible for paying the full service amount scheduled. In order to reschedule with us, these amounts must be paid first. Our appointments book up quickly and we reserve the right to turn away clients who do not respect our time. Cancellations due to illness will not be charged.

  6. Late Arrival: Please understand that all scheduled appointments need to end at the scheduled ending time in order for us to stay on schedule. Please plan accordingly and arrive on time. If you are running late please call or text us. You can still enjoy the rest of your remaining session length. Full payment will be expected. (If your therapist is running behind, you will receive full session length and it is up to the therapist to make up that time.)

  7. Client forms, Confidentiality & Conversation: All new clients will fill out a form before the massage session. Clients must provide accurate health history and agree to inform their therapist of any updates or changes to their health/medical condition. Client privacy and confidentiality will be maintained at all times. You may choose to talk during your massage session or enjoy some peace and quiet.

  8. Massage Termination: Only professional relaxation and therapeutic services are offered at this massage practice. Massage services will be terminated, immediately, in the event of inappropriate conduct of any kind. This includes harassment, threatening speech or behavior, sexual advances or requests, or disrespectful actions or language. A session will not be conducted if the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If the massage is terminated for any of these reasons, full payment for the scheduled session is still required.

  9. Draping Policy: All clients will be treated with respect and dignity. Personal and professional boundaries will be respected at all times. Clients will be appropriately draped during their massage. Only areas of the body that are currently being treated will be exposed.
