Custom Healing Massage
Massage is designed to address your individual needs by pulling from a variety of therapeutic modalities. Your massage may incorporate relaxation techniques, targeted deep tissue, stretching, hot towels, a weighted heat pad, aromatherapy or reflexology to support relaxation, recovery and overall well-being. This treatment can be tailored to full body or focused work and the protocol will be discussed before each session.

Maternity Massage
Our maternity massage is designed to help relieve the physical and emotional changes that pregnancy brings to the body like reducing muscle tension, stress, headaches, back & joint pain and swelling while improving circulation and sleep. Pressure and technique are adjusted based on the mother. Pillows are incorporated for best comfort.
*You must be at least 12+ weeks and not be considered high risk, unless providing a doctor’s note for treatment.

Reflexology Relief
Our reflexology sessions are focused on your feet and hands. It is a detailed massage that involves applying pressure, by finger walking, to specific points that correspond to other parts, organs and areas of the body. You are fully clothed, except for the feet, for this type of treatment.

Express Chair Massage
Our seated chair sessions are focused on your shoulders, back, arms, hands, head and neck. It is performed by sitting on a specific massage chair and involves no lotions or oils. You are fully clothed for this type of treatment. This is great for someone who has never had a massage or when you don’t have a lot of time.

Hot Stone Massage
Our hot stone massage involves the use of smooth, heated basalt stones, in addition to our hands, for a full body treatment. The stones are used to massage and can also be placed along the body for warmth, relaxation and pain relief.
